"Elegant lady, I was once a handsome prince."
This was my final project in Grade 12 Visual Arts (from last...December/January? Somewhere in that range...). I finally was able to get my friend to scan it for me, so here it is now! Our teacher had found a more modern story of the classic tale "The Frog Prince" (unforunately, I don't remember the name of said revamped story and I don't know where she found it...) and we had to take a line from this story and draw the scene. I chose to do the line above^ So basically, the pathetic thing down in the right corner is the Frog Prince. The Princess can see his spirit who is trying to convince her to kiss his frog-form so he can be human again. And yes, his skin looks like crap. So does the sky. But aside from that, I have no real complaints about it  |
